I have been running since October. I ran the Rock and Roll Las Vegas Half marathon with my friend Cindy Knull and my brother, Rich. It was my best achievement this decade and I am so proud of all of us. I can't describe how awesome it was to cross that finish line with Cindy and to know that my brother was going to finish it too, even though he was injured. I will always remember how happy that made me :)
Now I am registered for the PF Chang's Rock and Roll Phoenix Half Marathon. It's on January 16th, 2011. My knee is injured and I will be in pain but I am running it. I want this medal and you can only get it if you run The Rock and Roll Las Vegas and then the Rock and Roll Phoenix back to back.
